Director Appointment

Everyman Media Group plc today announces the appointment of Jonathan Peters as the Company's Finance Director with immediate effect.

Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO Stoy Hayward in 1995 and has since held a number of finance positions at companies including Belron, Whirlpool Corporation, Equifax and Marks & Spencer.

Crispin Lilly, Everyman's Chief Executive Officer said: "I am looking forward to working closely with Jonathan to drive Everyman forward. Jonathan is a dynamic and results-orientated individual and the business will clearly benefit from his strong technical background. His skills are an excellent match to Everyman's needs for the next phase of growth."

Jonathan Peters, aged 45, has no current directorships but has previously been a director at the Vegetarian Society of the United Kingdom Limited (September 2012 to January 2014) and the Virginia Water Community Partnered Library Limited (January 2013 to October 2013). There are no other details regarding the appointment of Jonathan Peters that require disclosure under the AIM Rules.
