Director Declaration

Electra Private Equity PLC announced on 9 October 2017 that Paul Goodson, a non-executive director of the Company, was to be appointed as a non-executive director of DX (Group) plc, subject to completion of certain matters. The Company now confirms that his appointment has come into effect from 20 October 2017.

This disclosure is made pursuant to LR 9.6.14(2).
