Proposal to distribute gross dividend of 0.7415 RON per share for the year ended December 31, 2016
Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A (Electrica) hereby informs that following the meeting of 9 March 2017, its Board of Directors endorsed and submitted for approval to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS) to be held on 27 April 2017 (on the first calling) / 28 April 2017 (on the second calling), the proposal to distribute a gross dividend of RON 0.7415 per share for the year ended December 31, 2016.
According to provisions of Article 111, paragraph 2, letter a) of the Company Law No. 31/1990, republished, as subsequently amended, it falls within the ordinary general meeting of shareholders' competence to set the dividend.
Electrica will publish on its website the proposal for profit distribution for the year ended December 31, 2016.
