08 August 2016Elementis plc (“Elementis” or the “Company”): CFO-Designate appointment updateFollowing the announcement on 27 June 2016 of the appointment of Ralph Hewins as CFO-Designate of Elementis, the Company today confirms that the effective date of Mr Hewins’ appointment as Group CFO-Designate and an executive director of the Company will be on 12 September 2016.Brian Taylorson will be continuing in his role as Group CFO and an executive director for a transitional period to effect a smooth handover to Ralph.
