Elixirr International plc (ELIX.L), an established, global, award-winning, challenger consultancy, announces that on 8 January 2026 Amanda Ferguson, wife of Ian Ferguson, Co-Founder and board adviser, sold 2,998 ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 834 pence per share.
Following this sale, Ian Ferguson remains beneficially interested in 2,237,385 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.51% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. For the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulation, this figure includes those Ordinary Shares held by his "persons closely associated".
