Exercise of Options / Additional Listing
The Company has received a notice of exercise over 1,134,992 ordinary shares of 1p each ('ordinary shares') from a former employee. The options were issued at a price of £0.01per ordinary share pursuant to the rules of the Electric Word plc Long Term Incentive Plan.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 1,134,992 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new ordinary shares on 2 June 2016.
Subsequent to the admission the Company will have 408,725,787 ordinary shares in issue with voting rights. The company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 408,725,787 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
