Exercise of Options / Additional Listing
On 29 September 2014, the Company issued and allotted 808,957 ordinary shares of 1p each ('ordinary shares') to former employees following the exercise of options over ordinary shares at a price of £0.01per ordinary share pursuant to Electric Word Plc EMI Share Option Scheme.
Application has be made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 808,957 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new ordinary shares on 30 September 2014.
Subsequent to the admission the Company will have 407,590,795 ordinary shares in issue with voting rights. The company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 407,590,795 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
