Electric Word PLC20 March 2007 Electric Word plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the LondonStock Exchange ("AIM") for a block listing facility on 24,557,158 OrdinaryShares of 1p each to be admitted to trading. These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares inissue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of existing warrants andoptions in the period to March 2010 and according to the rules of the ElectricWord plc Enterprise Management Incentive schemes (13,000,000 shares), theCompany's non-EMI Share Option scheme (200,000) and outstanding warrants(11,357,158).
