Collaboration agreement with Innovative Management Solutions of Texas, USA

Elecosoft plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed software specialist which provides market leading solutions to the construction, architectural, engineering and retail contractors, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a collaboration agreement with Innovative Management Solutions ("IMS") of Allen, Texas for the sale and support of its market leading software to IMS' extensive client base in Texas and surrounding States.

IMS specialises in providing project management solutions for companies operating across multiple industrial sectors. Its customers include some of the largest and most successful industrial owner/operators, suppliers, construction contractors and service providers in the world. In addition to having a major presence in the Texas construction and engineering industry, IMS is also a major supplier to oil and gas, utilities, chemical, aerospace and defence, industrial manufacturing, financial services, travel and transportation, and the public sector.
