Total voting rights

Following the buyback of Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 455,163,766 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right per share. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 455,163,766.

The above figure of 455,163,766 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
