Director's Share Options

EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the growing in-vitro diagnostics company, announces that the Company has agreed to a 6 month extension of the exercise period relating to share options over 500,000 Ordinary Shares previously granted to Gordon Hall, Non-Executive Director of the Company, in 2005.

The latest date for the exercise of these options has been extended by 6 months from 28 June 2012 to 28 December 2012. The exercise price remains unchanged at 20 pence per Ordinary Share.
