Mr Pyke has resigned from the Board due to his work commitments involved withhis new full time role as Strategy Director for an Amsterdam-based Company. The Company is now looking to appoint a suitable replacement as soon asrealistically possible, with the specific intention of appointing a Non-executive Director who will bring previous career experience in growing anddeveloping software businesses to the Board.
