Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 October 2025, the Company had 114,920,697 Ordinary shares in issue. The Company held 20,971,073 shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 93,949,624.

The above figure (93,949,624) may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. However, shareholders should note that the above figure does not take account of purchases of the Company's own shares undertaken since 31 October 2025.
