The following amendment has been made to the 'Voting Rights and Capital' announcement released on 1 April 2025 at 07:00:05 under RNS No 0083D
The number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury has been amended from 8,192,421 to 8,191,791.
The total number of voting rights has been amended from 106,728,276 to 106,728,906.
All other details remain unchanged.

Replacement: Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 March 2025, the Company had 114,920,697 Ordinary shares in issue. The Company holds 8,191,791 shares in Treasury. 106,728,906 is the total number of voting rights in the Company.
The above figure (106,728,906) may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
