In accordance with the Company's nine-year policy on non-executive director tenure, the Company announces that its chairman, David Simpson, will not seek re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting in March 2026.
David Simpson will be succeeded as chair by Susannah Nicklin, who is currently chair of the Management Engagement Committee. The Company has commenced a search for a new non-executive director to join the board.
