Noricum Gold Limited, the European focused base and precious metals exploration and development company, announces that it was informed yesterday that on 27 October 2015 Gregory Kuenzel, Managing Director of the Company, purchased 13 million ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 0.161 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Kuenzel's total beneficial ownership in the Company is 18,496,734 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.69% of the Company's issued share capital.
