DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING - REPLACEMENT

Electronic Data Processing plc advises that the following replaces the "Director/PDMR Holdings" announcement released today at 12.17 p.m. under RNS number 3357V. The price per share (part 13) is 40.0 pence, the date and place of transaction (part 14) is 8 July 2009 and the date the issuer was informed of the transaction (part 16) is 8 July 2009. There are no other changes to the announcement. The full amended text appears below.
