Notice of Annual General Meeting - 27 March 2014
The Company announced on 29 January 2014 the publication of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2013.
The Company has today posted copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2013 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which is to be held on 27 March 2014, and proxy form to all shareholders.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the UKLA and will shortly be available from the National Storage Mechanism which is located at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
In accordance with s520 of the Companies Act 2006 a copy of KPMG Audit Plc's statement of circumstances in relation to their decision not to seek reappointment as the Company's auditor has also been posted to all shareholders today. The reason that KPMG Audit Plc will cease to hold office as auditor of the Company is that they have instigated an orderly wind down of business.
A resolution to appoint KPMG LLP as auditor of the Company will be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 27 March 2014.
