Exercise of Warrants

Edenville Energy PLC (LSE: EDL) announces that on 14 November, warrants in respect of 125 million ordinary shares of 0.02 pence in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised at an exercise price of 0.02 pence per Ordinary Share.

Application has been made in order for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 21 November 2012. Following Admission the Company will have 4,571,216,406 Ordinary Shares in issue.
