Interim Dividend

The board of directors of Edge Performance VCT plc is pleased to announce that an interim dividend of 0.2p per Ordinary share will be paid on 12 November 2009. The record and ex-dividend dates for the dividend are 6 November 2009 and 4 November 2009 respectively.

With the payment of this dividend the Ordinary share fund will have been fully distributed to the Ordinary shareholders and the total return to Ordinary shareholders will be 85p per Ordinary share.

The dividend is tax-free to qualifying investors.
