DIRECTOR SHARE PURCHASE

LONDON: 24 FEBRUARY 2014

ECR Minerals plc announces that it has today been informed of the purchase today by Stephen Clayson, a director of the Company and its Chief Executive Officer, of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1 pence at a price of 0.24 pence per share.

Following this purchase Stephen Clayson is the beneficial holder of a total of 18,234,890 ordinary shares of the Company, equal to approximately 0.56% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
