DIRECTORATE CHANGE

LONDON: 5 JULY 2018 - The directors of ECR Minerals plc (the “Directors”) announce that Christian St. John-Dennis has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect, in order to focus on his other business interests.

Craig Brown, Chief Executive Officer of ECR, commented:

“The Directors would like to thank Christian for his assistance to the Company to date, and wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Company’s intention is to appoint a new Non-Executive Director and a further announcement will be made to the market in due course.”

The Company confirms that it expects to release assay results at its Blue Moon project tomorrow.
