EcoSecurities Group plc13 January 2006 ECOSECURITIES GROUP PLC EcoSecurities Group PLC has applied to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 cents each to be admitted to AIM.These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of theCompany. Of these 2,000,000 ordinary shares: (a) 1,400,000 ordinary shares will be issued in connection with the exercise of options under the terms of the Company's 2003 Share Option Plan; and (b) 600,000 ordinary shares will be issued in connection with the exercise of options under the terms of the Company's 2005 Share Option Plan.
