EcoSecurities Group plc08 September 2006 EcoSecurities Group plc8 September 2006 ECOSECURITIES GROUP PLC EcoSecurities Group PLC has applied to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 6,285,236 ordinary shares of 0.25 cents each to be admitted to AIM.These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Of these 6,285,236 ordinary shares: (a) 3,816,692 ordinary shares relate to options granted under the Company's 2003 Share Option Plan; and (b) 2,468,544 ordinary shares relate to options granted under the Company's 2005 Share Option Plan.
