Electrocomponents plc - Voting Rights and Capital - Correction

As of 30 July 2010, Electrocomponents plc's capital consists of 435,582,623 ordinary shares, all with voting rights. Electrocomponents plc currently holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Electrocomponents plc is 435,582,623.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Electrocomponents plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
