Electrocomponents plc announces that its Chair, Peter Johnson, will become chair of the supervisory board of Wienerberger AG with effect from 10 October 2019. Peter has been on the supervisory board at Wienerberger AG since 2005 and became its vice-chair in 2013.
This announcement is being made pursuant to 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
