BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
Eurocell plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Official List of the UKLA for a block admission in respect of 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the share capital of the Company which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
The block admission will be used from time to time to satisfy the issue and allotment of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's 2017 Save-As-You-Earn scheme.
It is expected that the block listing will become admissible on 28 May 2020.
