BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

Eurocell plc (the "Company") announces that applications have been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Official List of the FCA for a block admission in respect of 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.

The block admission will be used from time to time to satisfy the issue and allotment of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Eurocell plc 2019 Save-As-You-Earn scheme.

It is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on 27 May 2022.
