Eurocell plc, the market leading, vertically integrated UK manufacturer, distributor and recycler of innovative window, door and roofline PVC products, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Official List of the UKLA for a block admission in respect of 500,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the share capital of the Company which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. The block admission will be used from time to time to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Performance Share Plan and the Company's Deferred Share Plan. It is expected that the block listing will become admissible on 1 September 2017.
