The change in the percentage of shares held is due to a decrease in the non-voting shares held by the company's Employee Benefit Trust and the admission to trading on AIM of 5,000 new shares. The combination of the two events increased the total voting rights figure from 136,943,751 to 138,314,277 and the consequent dilution effect lowered the percentage of shares held beneath the 15% reporting threshold.
