In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, European Assets Trust PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 30 April 2024 the Company had 360,069,279 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue with a total of 360,069,279 voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
