Share buy-back programme
The Company announces that it has entered into an irrevocable, non-discretionary programme with Peel Hunt LLP to enable the purchase of ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), which is capable of continuing during close periods. The initial share buy-back period commences today until the date on which the Company has its AGM, which is expected to be on or after 18 September 2015.
Any purchases will be effected within certain pre-set parameters and in accordance with the Company’s general authority to repurchase Ordinary Shares.
