ECO Animal Health Group plc (the “Group”) announces that Richard Wood is stepping down as Non-executive Chairman and will be leaving the board of the Company with immediate effect.
Since joining Richard has successfully implemented significant changes including reshaping the board and its processes.
The board will now commence a search for a new chairman.
Following Richard’s departure and whilst the board seeks to appoint a permanent replacement, Andrew Jones, the Senior Non-executive director, will act as interim Chairman.
