eEnergy Group plc (AIM: EAAS), a leading "Energy Efficiency-as-a-Service" (EEaaS) business in the UK and Ireland, announces that, on 10 March 2021, it was notified that Nicole Street, Divisional Finance Director and PDMR, sold a total of 350,000 ordinary shares of 0.3p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 17.2 pence per Ordinary Share (together, the "Share Sale").
The Share Sale occurred as Nicole is moving house. Following the Share Sale, Nicole remains interested in 689,854 Ordinary Shares, or 0.3 per cent. of total voting rights in the Company.

Beond's services include provision of clean energy strategy, smart energy procurement, hedging strategies, bill validation, bureau services and market intelligence. However, its key offering is its proprietary platform used to run reverse energy auctions for clients.
eEnergy has been awarded The Green Economy Mark by the London Stock Exchange, which recognises a company's work on sustainability.
