e2v technologies plc (the "Company") announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Shares"):
The Company has been that informed that on 7 November 2016 Neil Johnson, Chairman, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, at an aggregated price of 185.5817p per share. Following the purchase Neil Johnson will hold 180,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company representing 0.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
