Final Dividend Timetable

Further to the Final Results announcement made on 21 May 2012, the Directors of e2v technologies plc are pleased to announce the final dividend timetable for the year ended 31 March 2012.

Proposed Final Dividend per Ordinary Share: 2.8 pence

Final Dividend Record date: 13 July 2012

AGM to approve Dividend: 25 July 2012

Final Dividend Payment date: 3 August 2012
