Block listing Application
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 150,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (the "Shares") to the Official List by way of a block listing, subject to future issues of shares under the following schemes:

The Shares will be issued fully paid and will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued shares. Admission, subject to allotment, is expected to occur on 14 July 2015.
