The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
Michele Cicchetti, Partner Director and Managing Partner Italy, had 11,001 shares vest as part of his conditional Share Award granted under the DWF Group plc Equity Incentive Plan (the EIP) in August 2019.
