Posting of Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Duke Royalty Limited (AIM: DUKE), a provider of alternative capital solutions to a diversified range of profitable and long-established businesses in Europe and abroad, announces that it has posted copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy, to shareholders. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM will shortly be available to view on the Company's website, www.dukeroyalty.com.
The AGM will be held on Wednesday 21 October 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at 4th Floor, West Wing, Trafalgar Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2JA. The Company is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, including States of Guernsey guidance. In light of current travel restrictions, as well as quarantine requirements upon entry, this year's AGM will be held in a different format to that of previous years, while still allowing Shareholders to exercise their voting rights. The health and safety of Shareholders and colleagues is always our main priority and Duke is committed to supporting the States' efforts in relation to this pandemic.
The AGM will therefore take place as a closed meeting (unless notified otherwise via our website at http://www.dukeroyalty.com). Please do not travel to the AGM as anyone who seeks to attend in person will be refused entry. In the event that further disruption to the AGM becomes unavoidable, Duke will announce any changes relating to the meeting (such as timing or venue) as soon as practicably possible through the Company's website (as referred to above). Please refer to the Notice of AGM for further details.
