Dignity PLC07 October 2005 For Immediate Release 7th October 2005 Dignity plc (the "Company") Block Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for admission to the Official List for a block listing of 15,000Ordinary Shares of 7p each. These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares inissue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to the rules ofthe following scheme:- Dignity plc SAYE Share Option Scheme These shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rulesallow.
