Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of equity announced on 1 June 2012, Dillistone confirms that its issued share capital consists of 18,205,190 ordinary shares of 5p each. Each ordinary share carries one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 18,205,190.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
