Dillistone expects its profit for the year ended 31st December 2007 to becomfortably ahead of current market expectations. The Company continues tobenefit from strong cash flow and growing cash balances and, because itsoperations are not capital intensive, the Directors are considering adopting amore progressive dividend policy. Dillistone expects to announce its preliminaryresults on or about 16th April 2008.
