Appointment of Director
Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software for recruiters, announces that it has appointed Steven Hammond to the Board as Chief Engineering Officer with immediate effect.
Steven Hammond has a multifaceted IT background spanning more than 20 years with a blend of technical, software development and business roles throughout that time. He joined the Group after the acquisition of ISV Software Ltd in 2014. Post-acquisition, Steve continued his role of Director of IT for ISV, and in 2019 became responsible for the R&D and software engineering strategy of the Group's software products.
Jason Starr, Chief Executive of Dillistone Group Plc commented: "Since taking on a Group-wide leadership role, Steve has transformed our development effort. Steven Thomas Hammond (aged 38) holds options over ordinary shares in the Company as follows: 25,000 options exercisable at 97 pence, 6,896 options exercisable at 52.2 pence, 45,000 options exercisable at 33 pence and 16,250 options exercisable at 14.4 pence. He does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Hammond has confirmed that there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
