Driver Group plc, the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, was notified on 23 May 2017, that on that date, Peter Collini, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Mr. Collini's total beneficial shareholding in the capital of the Company is 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the voting share capital of Driver Group.
