Driver Group plc (AIM: DRV.L), the global construction consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, announces that it has been notified by Mr Bob Laslett, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, that on 25 June 2015, he acquired 70,000 ordinary shares at a price of 68 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Laslett's beneficial holding in the Company is 70,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
