The Company's unaudited Net Asset Value as at 28th August 2009 was £1,644,309.25 resulting in a Net Asset Value per ordinary share of 1.44p
Included within this are shares in a private company which has recently issued additional shares at a deeply discounted price. Consequently, the directors of Draganfly have valued their holding in this stock at the lower price. This has resulted in a reduction of the carrying value of this stock of £477,300 which is reflected in the lower overall Net Asset Value of the Company for August 2009.
