The board of Draganfly is pleased to announce the appointment of Lee De Ste Croix to the board as a Director, with immediate effect.

Lee, aged 36, has worked in the financial industry in Jersey since 1994 and is experienced in dealing with high net worth private clients portfolios, specialising in UK resident and non-domiciliary planning. Lee is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

The following further information in relation to the appointment of Mr De Ste Croix is disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:
