Director Shareholding
The Company is pleased to announce that it was informed on 22 August, 2011 that Mr. Tapaas Chakravarti, Chairman and CEO of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 73.0p per share on 22 August 2011. Following this transaction, Mr. Chakravarti's beneficial interest is 4,569,429 ordinary shares, representing approximately 12.70 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
