Director Declaration
Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), the Company announces the following update to a Director's disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:
Anthony Good, Non-Executive Director, has confirmed to the Company that All About Brands PLC, a company of which he is a director, went into creditors voluntary liquidation on 27 July 2012.
