'Pinky & Perky' nominated for multiple awards at the 13th Pulcinella Awards

DQ Entertainment (DQE), the AIM listed Animation, Gaming and Entertainment Company is pleased to announce that it's 52-part CGI animated series 'Pinky & Perky' has been nominated in several categories at the 13th Pulcinella Awards at the International Television and Multimedia Animation Festival due to be held in Portofino, Italy in April 2009. Nominations include; Best TV Series for Tween Generation, Best Animated Character, Best Series for All Ages, Best European Production & Best Soundtrack.

'Pinky & Perky' is a co-production with Pinky & Perky Enterprises and Method Films, France commissioned  by CBBC and France 3. The series, since first launching on CBBC 3 November 2008, has attracted the highest viewing figures on the channel and has consequently secured a daily slot on BBC1.

The series has attracted broadcasting interest across the globe, with international TV sales being handled by Granada International and is due to be broadcast on France 3 and ABC, Australia this year, with further sales confirmed in the Nordic countries.
